Courtney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), based out of Delmar, NY, providing therapy to individuals through video telehealth.
I focus on the person as a whole and incorporate evidence based interventions to help individuals build coping skills and improve the quality of their life. I prioritize and encourage wellness, self-care, and self-accountability during the therapy process and encourage clients to manage both their physical health and mental health together in the treatment that we do.
